Vesa is the research coordinator. He has completed a MTheol in Helsinki University and worked as a Lutheran pastor and a youth worker in the past. He is currently a lay member of the Orthodox Church. Vesa is focused on building the community of people who want to have a big positive impact on the world. His other interests include the intersection of Christianity and effective altruism, theology and philosophy.

Grayden works in finance in London and supports EA charities through donations.
