#2 Connect with a mentor
Have a chat with our generalist career mentor who will connect you to specialized professional(s) in areas you feel called to tackle for (at least) a one-time call.
#3 Make a Plan
We offer a final call to help you create a plan you feel confident about.
We make recommendations, you make decisions.

Waithera feels called to tackle preventable diseases.
Waithera is head of finance and HR at Charity Entrepreneurship and also directs operations at FEM. She is from Nairobi and based now in London. She attends her local anglican church.

Ruirui is a consultant at McKinsey and former White House Behavioral Science Innovator. She is also a published writer. She’s based in D.C. and attends Grace Church.

Our Unique Process
We discuss the problem areas you're hoping to work on and the career options you're considering — both in the long and short term.
We recommend opportunities (e.g. jobs, specialties, funding).
We introduce you to experts and others working in relevant fields.
We offer advice on how to grow in faith while working in a secular environment, and offer general encouragement.
We can help you most if you
Are a committed Christian (any denomination)
Are early-mid career (especially ages 18 - 25).
Are based in the US or UK.
Are keen to tackle pressing problems that we find especially critical.
Regard impact as a top consideration in career discernment.
